MATERIALS USED:

* Granulated sugar, 3 / 4 pounds

* 1 liter water

* 3 large lemons

* Grated lemon peel (about 1 / 2 tsp.)

HOW TO MAKE:

- In a saucepan, put sugar in boiling water with lemon peel, simmer for 10 minutes was found.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
