Young Coconut Ice Cream

Young Coconut Ice Cream – Recipe This drink is made from young coconut in combination with fresh milk, cornstarch, egg yolk and heavy cream. It was very delicious and fresh, especially when served cold as will add to taste. Good luck!

Materials – materials:

a. 100 ml coconut water

b. 700 ml fresh milk

c. pink dye

d. 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve it with a little water

e. 3 chicken egg yolk, beaten

f. 200 g young coconut meat, finely dredger

g. 100 ml heavy cream

Method:

a. Mix the coconut water and milk, Stir well.

b. Give a few drops of pink coloring, stir well.

c. Jerangkan over low heat while stirring until hot.

d. Pour the cornstarch solution, stirring until thick and boiling.

e. Take a little dough, mix with egg yolk.

f. Pour back into the batter. Cook until boiling.

g. Remove, stir until the steam is lost and becomes warm.

h. Add coconut cream and stir well, pour into containers.

i. Store in freezer until half frozen. Remove and stir well.

j. Save back in the freezer until frozen.

k. Spoon in serving glasses.

l. Serve cold.
